Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Paid for breakfast was delicious. The portions were well sized at all of the meals. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

Negative: It was a bit confusing to understand what was included in the stay and what wasn't. Other guests, as well as information online, provided conflicting experiences regarding lift fares and the inclusion of breakfasts in stay fees. I think it would be helpful to have included amenities and the process to access them explained in a reception pamphlet when checking in. The other information gained at reception was excellent and the staff was very kind and engaging.

Summary: Planning to stay again!
